Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 business days. If 14 business days have gone by since your purchase arrived, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unused. No tampered products will be accepted.

Goods exempt from being returned are: Perfume, Lip Balm & Deodorant.

To complete your return, let us know if you would like an exchange or refund. Simply email us at myaura@xtra.co.nz

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will arrange the exchanged item to be sent out. If any money is owed by you, an email will be sent with the balance to pay. Otherwise any value back to you would be refunded.

Faulty Product
Myaura Naturals will replace a defect/fault on any product purchased from our website. We stand behind our service and products so let us know if something is not quite right. Simply email:  myaura@xtra.co.nz
Sale Items
Sale products are not returnable

Exchange Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
